Newly retired in Jomtien expat. Glad to find a Thailand daily recap. Inspections and enforcement of safety codes is important to prevent disasters and injuries like the boat fires. Not surprising things like that happen if the enforcement lacks a bit. Glad to see the increased presence from the Pattaya police. They must have some sort of recruitment or academy graduation recently. They have had a great presence since I've been here. A couple well announced check points that increased public safety and provided training the police which is a great investment. They had actors and trainers acting as protesters, etc. I'm familiar with the training and it was comforting to see that in my new community. Seeing them in force on Walking Street certainly sends a very strong message to those looking to do harm or be foolish while on holiday. It certainly doesn't happen mostly around election, but my experience it the news reports it. When the news doesn't report it, it still happens. The phrase comes to mind; If a tree falls in the woods and nobody hears it, does it make sound? Really enjoyed the show, and I been watching Thaiger long before I relocated. Looking forward to hearing the News!
Been here 6 months and Pattaya Beer Garden is about as close as I've been to walking street. Jomtien has everything one could need with occasional trips in. The dude bought a USED sex doll OMG hilarious🤣🤣🤣
Your news today has certainly run the gamut! On a totally different tack, Jay, you sound awfully British, old boy! Were you brought up there, or have you spent some time there? Just curious, because I'm a Londoner myself, now living in Los Angeles. BTW, keep up the good work!
Thanks for the compliments! I've been told it doesn't sound British, but I can see where you're coming from. My accent sounds the way it does because of my high school which had a British curriculum
While theft is wrong, I just don't get people walking around flashing their wealth about. Maybe in places like Monaco it is okay but in so many countries around the world it is probably better to tone it down.
Whatttt???? Do you have any idea just how much “electricity” is on a giant ocean going Cruise ship!!!!????? Electric boats are a great idea, kinda like the Tesla cars and Semi Truck!
doll feitish has no place on the show - mental health in thailsnd is an increasing problem and from experience their isn't any government help other than powerful drugs prescribed
Hi John, Thaiger Bites is making a comeback at the end of February. We couldn't publish a segment last month due to a lot of changes taking place. Our live Q&A session happens every Friday on GMT, but for Thaiger Unfiltered, it's on hold for the meantime until we get things sorted.
@@TheThaiger Also I would like to make a new appointment with you when I come over because my sister stuffed up my video she took over and ruined what I actually came over for is that possible and did you try the fish with the crackers lol

Yes, she was called the "Voice of God" for a good year because even though you could hear her, her face was always hidden from the public eye. But like Mark commented, her name is actually Carmel

The only way I'd feel safer on Walking Street is if the officers are all females n in miniskirt uniforms - really!

Unfortunately, she doesn't work with The Thaiger anymore, Rex.
glad that man with sex doll wears a mask. never know what disease sex dolls have. wonder if he wears condoms too- no unwanted pregnancy that way
With chatbots able to have virtual conversations, all you need is a doll with a chatbot inside and you will never be lonely again.
I Love Thailand! Not a big fan of armies of cops...
